Q: Do you know how many brothels are in Tetovo?

Sabina: There are many in Tetovo, at least 30.

Q: What customers are here in this bar?

Sabina: It's mixed... Macedonians, Albanians, Germans...

Q: Germans? Soldiers for sure...

Sabina: A lot of KFOR - all ranks... They all come here...

Q: Do you have to have sex with the men?

Sabina: I don't prostitute, but the other have to.

Q: How is it here about condoms?

Sabina: The girls are not allowed to work without.

Q: How does your job here look like?

Sabina: Often they order striptease in the military base. For celebrations. Our boss or a body guard drives us there, into the military base...

Q: Who does hire you?

Sabina: Many, I can't say exactly...

Q: Many girls got trafficked here...

Sabina: I know many from Romania who told me how they got illegally brought over the border.

Q: Do you know what the price for girls is here?

Sabina: They cost over 1000 DM, up to 2500 DM. Average price is 1500, depending on beauty. Like cargo...

Q: What about all this being locked in...

Sabina: There are brothels where the girls are locked away...

Q: How do you think german soldiers find the right address to a brothel?

Sabina: Some soldiers told me, in the military base they have a list of all brothels with notes which place is good and which is not so good...

Q: What can you say about the Germans?

Sabina: The Germans are honest people. When they fall in love with a girl, they don't mind if she is a prostitute or not.

Q: Can you just go and leave here, whenever you want?

Sabina: I can't go out during the day, because I could get stolen. It's unusual for me...
